At Chestha Creation, we take pride in crafting unique, high-quality jewelry. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.
1. No Returns for Customized & Made-to-Order Products
- Orders for customized or made-to-order jewelry are created exclusively based on your request and cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced.
2. Returns & Replacements for Incorrect or Damaged Products
- Returns are only applicable if:
- The product received is incorrect.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- If any of the above applies, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call at +91 9108701007 with pictures of the received product.
3. Replacement Process & Conditions
- In case of a valid return, Chestha Creation will replace the incorrect or defective product after receiving the existing one.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- If the product is a single-stock item and cannot be replaced, customers may select another product of equal value.
- No refunds will be issued.
4. Return Timeline & Conditions
- Return products must reach us within 7 days of raising a return request.
- Failing to return within the given timeframe will void the return eligibility.
- Returns are not applicable for:
- Personal preferences (e.g., “I don’t like it,” “It doesn’t suit me,” “It doesn’t match my outfit”).
- Slight color or design variations – since our products are handmade and use natural stones, minor differences from website images may occur.
5. Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted only if the product has not been shipped.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 15 working days.
- If a Made-to-Order request is canceled, 25% of the product cost will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.
