At Chestha Creation, we take pride in crafting unique, high-quality jewelry. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.

1. No Returns for Customized & Made-to-Order Products

  • Orders for customized or made-to-order jewelry are created exclusively based on your request and cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced.

2. Returns & Replacements for Incorrect or Damaged Products

  • Returns are only applicable if:
    • The product received is incorrect.
    • The product is damaged during transit.
    • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • If any of the above applies, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call at +91 9108701007 with pictures of the received product.

3. Replacement Process & Conditions

  • In case of a valid return, Chestha Creation will replace the incorrect or defective product after receiving the existing one.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • If the product is a single-stock item and cannot be replaced, customers may select another product of equal value.
    • No refunds will be issued.

4. Return Timeline & Conditions

  • Return products must reach us within 7 days of raising a return request.
  • Failing to return within the given timeframe will void the return eligibility.
  • Returns are not applicable for:
    • Personal preferences (e.g., “I don’t like it,” “It doesn’t suit me,” “It doesn’t match my outfit”).
    •  Slight color or design variations – since our products are handmade and use natural stones, minor differences from website images may occur.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only if the product has not been shipped.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 15 working days.
  • If a Made-to-Order request is canceled, 25% of the product cost will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.
